Glen Edith Coffee Roasters
Luis Pedro Zelaya, a fourth generation coffee producer, miller and exporter, is a leader in the Antigua coffee community. He previously served as the director of the Antigua Coffee Growers Association, which was founded by a group of producers in 2000 to protect the integrity and quality of the Antigua name and coffees grown in the region.
When we first received this coffee, we sample-roasted it a number of different ways and found something really rare: almost every roast profile we applied to this beautiful washed Guatemalan coffee was absolutely delicious in its own way. A direct quote from our sales director, “It seems like it's impossible to screw up this coffee.” He’s known to exaggerate a bit, but it’s true—all of us at Glen Edith were massively impressed with this coffee.
We chose a roast profile for these beans that we think you will love as much as we did. This is a sweet cup that becomes deeply complex as it cools.
