Mexico Organic Bella Vista

Not only is this an amazing coffee, but there's a lot of interesting things to know about where this coffee comes from.

Many of the farmers in the Chiapas region are indigenous to the area and grow coffee under the shade of native trees without the use of chemicals and pesticides.  The environmental conditions are conducive to growing great coffee: excellent biodiversity, volcanic soil, and high altitudes.

This coffee cupped quite well, but really came alive once we put it through a filter.  On the cupping table there were plenty of earthy notes, but those clean up in a Hario V60, for example.  This is one of the sweetest Mexican coffees we've had access to in a long time and we hope you enjoy!
